Initially, we were worried about the language barrier, but Dr. Archana Devi madam and the entire team at Ramakrishna Medical centre LLP made us feel completely comfortable and supported. Despite the language difference, the doctor and staff patiently explained every procedure, showed great care, and ensured we understood everything clearly. Their kindness, professionalism, and dedication truly meant a lot to us during such an important moment in our lives. This was my 2nd delivery in same hospital, Dr. Ramani Devi mam was very experienced and handled with best care. Compare to 1st pregnancy this time RMC made many improvements which are highly appreciated. I strongly recommend RMC, Dr. Ramani Devi mam and Dr. Archana mam. One of the worst experiences i have ever had in a hospital. She doesn't care one bit about the patients, not ready to listen what the patients have to say at all. Purely money minded and not at all service minded. here's why: 1. She visits 2-3 clinics in a day where they make all patients wait without letting them know that the doctor will be late. 2. Finishes consultation in 1 - 2 minutes due to the awaiting crowd. No time to ask questions /clarifications. 3. Prescribing all sorts of tests / medication without explaining why it is even needed. There is zero patient - doctor dialogue. We visited for a specific condition for my wife and ended up taking several tests which is not related to the condition at all. Costed us a lot of time and hefty money. I kindly request people to not visit this doctor to save time / money. 0 / 5.Load more
